Hampton Inn Atlanta/Peachtree City

The front desk ladies were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good both mornings. The room was immaculately clean. Our king bed was comfy. We will definitely stay there on our next trip to Peachtree City, Ga to see family.

This hotel has a great location! It’s mostly secluded , and a short drive will lead you to some major shopping areas but man. The rooms. They’re so lacking. Or at least ours was. The ac was broke. It was on 68 but the room was 73. And we didn’t put it on 68. Go buy you a good pillow from Walmart. Even their cheap ones would be better than this. And their bed , their bed was like sleeping on the floor. It was so bad. My body feels like it got hit by a truck. The bathroom was nice , it looked like it might’ve had a leaked at one point behind d the toilet. Might explain the smell in the hall. It smelt like mildew. I have a terrible sense of smell but the hallway you sure can’t miss. if the bed wasn’t bad I’d ignore everything else and give it 5 star. Thankfully this was just a pit stop ho

In town for tennis. Recent remodel of hotel which was very nice. Had a small Issue with check in although it was resolved 2 rooms later. Had completed early checkin and picked my two rooms locations. At check in the second room was changed to the first floor king bed although asked for second floor two Queen. The girl at the desk first said, oh we are booked and then found us the correct room. Room was spacious and clean. Beds comfortable. We did not get housekeeping during our 4 and 6 night stay, I think due to COVID. Breakfast was okay, not bad, typical hotel breakfast with a nice variety. Loved that they had fruit out. Area was nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

I want to specifically recognize Vanessa for her outstanding customer service. I had a complicated booking issue due to a third-party reservation error, and Vanessa went above and beyond to help guide me through the process. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely kind throughout a very stressful situation. Even though the issue wasn’t caused by the hotel, she took the time to help me out. Her willingness to help made a huge difference, and it’s clear she truly cares about guests. If you read this...thank you, Vanessa! :)
