Upon arrival of the hotel Sara at the front desk has been amazing! She is very knowledgeable friendly and very professional and pleasant. My last stay at a completely different hotel was so pleasant. However Sara assure me I was in great hands. Ask for Sara she will gladly assist you! 💕

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a nice safe area, it’s close to restaurants and various shopping areas. The costs fit comfortably within our budget and the free coffee plus assorted creamers and sweeteners was a very nice perk. The staff was professional, polite and very helpful.

The hotel is terrific. The rooms are comfortable and well equiped. The bathrooms are a standout - really nice. The staff are all very friendly and made our stay really special. The included breakfast is super as well - the staff will prepare a quality full breakfast just for you - made our mornings special. They really go a step above - and the coffee is top notch! There is a shopping plaza with every store imaginable right down the road (CVS drug store, Traget, Ross, Krogers etc). And don't miss Palmer's for Lunch and Outback Steakhouse for Dinner! I loved the location as well - right near Lake Kedron! The staff explained how to reach the beautiful lake (just a short walk away) where you can stroll through the woods and enjoy some quiet morning time in nature - perfect. I will d

I have no complaints about the Hotel it’s self, but the staff on the other hand.. not a single one is friendly. If you ask for anything they make it seem like the biggest inconvenience. I went to the desk to ask for my room to be cleaned, made it clear we had no toilet paper or towels she didn’t even offer a roll of toilet paper, but instead told me she couldn’t make the housekeeper come to my room any faster. I didn’t ask for them to come fast, just for it to be cleaned sometime that day, when we got back to the room at 8pm it hadn’t been cleaned. We were also told one of the managers was probably acting that way because she does not like when people try to talk to her. A great hotel for all your travel needs. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, and convenient. The staff is 24/7 responsive to all requests. Front Desk staff are always available and efficient and knowledgeable. Arriving was easy as it is off a major road and the front lobby is open to park temporarily while checking in. Breakfast is a must as it is made-to-order and affordable. The shared spaces are quiet, clean, and comfortable. The property is very quiet and a good night sleep is always guaranteed. Most importantly, it is clean and the staff work very well together and make sure everything is clean and working at all times. I will definitely return when I have business in the area.
