Residence Inn by Marriott Anaheim Brea

We stayed here for 4 nights for a competition in Anaheim. The room was clean, well stocked and peaceful. The hotel itself is very nice, clean with friendly staff and a decent breakfast every morning. It is right off the 57 so for us it was perfect to get into and out of Anaheim and the surrounding areas. We will be staying here again in the future.

This is a nice, pet-friendly hotel conveniently located in Orange County. There is a lovely pool and bbq area. We have stayed here several times and will do so again. I have previously had no complaints, but dinged a star because of the east bloc toilet paper they have begun using. My husband says it’s become the trend in hotels to prevent clogging, but Ouch! I’ll bring my own next time.

nice, clean & comfortable hotel room with full kitchen & everything needed also easy parking. If forgot to bring a tooth brush? No worry, just pick one up from the front desks. like all resident INNs, nice hot breakfast are served with fresh coffee, fruits etc. spoke to Lady-Andrea on phone x2 before came, meet her in person at the front desk 2nd day morning, Andrea is awesome professional, sweet, friendly & super helpful too, she sure make my 2 night stay experience a 5 stars. First, the positives. The hotel is on the newer side, and it’s well located and convenient. Close to everything in Brea/Fullerton. My room was clean, and nothing was in need of repair. The staff was pleasant most of the time, though there were a fair few times I walked in and was ignored, I wasn’t overly bothered by the indifference. No one was ever rude. Daily housekeeping doesn’t exist, but that’s fine, it’s not something I like anyway. I was told that on day three I’d have a “refresh” service, which I did need actually to at least restock soap, tissues, etc. That didn’t happen. When I mentioned it to the guy at the front desk while making a pit stop to then pick up the things I needed myself he neither apologized for the inconvenience nor attempted to explain it. Now onto the thermos

We had a great stay with a family group in town for a funeral. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was a nice size and beds were very comfortable. Excellent breakfast with lots of little extras. Would love to stay here again next time we are in Brea.
