Positive: The lobby and room were very clean, the location felt safe, breakfast was nice, the pool was nice, staff were nice. Negative: The room was very clean with exception of several stains on the couch. That needs to be cleaned or replaced. #405

To be honest, it was a lot more than I expected their rooms were very nice and clean a lot of space. The stuff was very friendly. The breakfast is not a classic dry eggs. It was very tasty and they have a lot of variety. It’s not the same every day. The building was very clean and it was about 15 minutes from our destination, which was Disneyland. The only bad thing that I can say is the parking the parking lot is a bit small for the amount of rooms they have but other than that everything was amazing.

Overall a decent stay. It was convenient and comfortable. Rate was reasonable okay. I love that it is pet-friendly. You can easily walk to Whole Foods, Reborn coffee, and all the restaurants in that plaza. There’s a huge dog-park up the road that makes it super convenient if you have to take your dogs somewhere off-leash. With that said, there are some areas of opportunity that they can improve upon. Cleanliness is extremely important to me. Upon arriving in the room, I immediately smelled a musty odor. The counters had spots on them. The floors didn’t feel very clean. The shower faucet had calcium built up around it. It was certainly off-putting, but tolerable. The room needs better maintenance. We loved it so much here we extended our stay 3 more days. From Lisa, Hector, Martha and all the staff here (sorry I didn't get all your names) made me feel so welcome. Clean rooms, generous, delicious breakfast, and well kept landscapes. Thank you all for your warmth and kindness, we'll definately be back.

Room was super clean, spacious and cozy, like an At Home , feel. Location is the best, all the restaurants, shopping and every day needs are within a 1-3 mile radius. ||Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. ||Rooms are extremely reasonable. ||I will definitely stay here again, will not even consider another hotel/motel.
