Everything was very confusing. Staff wasn't always aware or well informed about several things inside the hotel (parking, taxes, Bonvoy app convenience). Since my first day, I arrived early in the morning to the hotel and asked about benefits to Sea World Park, since I already had a ticket booked. But the concierge didn't know and told me I didn't have any benefit. After my check-in, other staff person said it was everything working well and synchronized to my Bonvoy app, but I was never able to see my booking or accessing the app convenience during my stay. It's been several days after my check-out and I still don't see my nights/points in the app. Since I was attending an medical event inside the hotel, I received a voucher for parking for free, but the staff told me it would only be val

I had a great experience staying at The Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld! ||As a Titanium Bonvoy member, I was able to get early check in at noon, late check out at 1pm (they needed the room and could not grant 4pm), 2 free drinks (they have some local craft beers on tap!), and I selected free breakfast at the restaurant as my elite welcome gift (this was worthwhile!). The pool is open late, and the gym is 24/7. Parking is easy, and I was glad to have it included in my special AAA rate ||The room was always spotless thanks to the incredible housekeeping staff, especially Edervin Salazar. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and always greeted me with such a friendly attitude.||You can really tell he takes pride in his work. It’s people like Edervin who make a hotel s

Beware the hidden fees! I bought a package deal through seaworld and choose this hotel to stay at. "I assumed" the $1800 paid for the 3 night stay and access to the parks was it. I was never told otherwise, not during booking or checking in that there would be a $50 per day hotel resort amenities fee and a $40 per day hotel self parking fee. I found this out 1 week after when I noticed an extra charge from the hotel on my credit card. Both the hotel and seaworld said it is what it is, I should have been made aware, but I had to pay it. As far as the room, nothing special. I have stayed at cheap hotels with nicer rooms. The atrium and tradewinds restaurant were the highlight of this hotel, large area with plenty of space to relax. Tradewinds had a nice breakfast buffet and the staff there w

Positive: A high-end hotel experience. Their in-house dining options were delicious. Negative: The shower head was caked in mineral build up. The towel rack was installed inside the shower at the other which makes zero sense and makes all of your towels get wet.

First time staying at a SeaWorld hotel and it was.. interesting. Renaissance is located literally directly across the street from the SeaWorld park, so if you’re going there it makes a ton of sense to stay here. Otherwise, it’s not in the best location for an Orlando stay and it’s very expensive for what you get. You have to pay for parking each day if you have a car. Also, the hotel overall is super old, it seems like it needed a desperate remodel/ upgrades about 10 years ago. If you see pictures you’ll get what I mean. Like, they’ve maintained it decently in the common areas but the rooms especially are pretty close to feeling run down, and they’re just kind of ugly. We stayed here for the convenience of having restaurants and things all right at the hotel. Which didn’t turn out to be
