Regal Inn O'Hare Airport Franklin Park

Let me start off by saying that this was my fourth stay at the Regal Inn and I have zero complaints. My mom and I travel around to different states to go to concerts and anytime we’re in the area for a Chicago show, it’s the first place we think of. This trip was no different. Without thinking anything of it, we went to our show and arrived back at the hotel around 10:30 to the sight in the provided picture—our room had been taken care of, we were given fresh towels and the beds were made but the housekeeping staff took it one step further: they had even folded the blanket I had brought from home and neatly put it on my bed with the stuffed dog I had brought. Although the renovation is starting to show its age, this place was Much cheaper than my other choice, the Hampton Inn, and in many respects almost as good (I've stayed there recently too).|It looks very unimpressive from the outside, and the service was merely adequate, but once I was in my room I was completely comfortable. Will be my first choice for layovers going forward.

Positive: nothing. Negative: I tried to checking after midnight. they refuse. not at all professional. not at all helpful.

I would post 0 stars. Roaches & no refund after Owner of hotel gave the keycard to a complete stranger, of me and my girls room we were in. No privacy, felt like I can’t trust them to do there job properly. That person who was given the card to our room could have had bad intentions, or a gun in their possession. I asked for a refund for the intrusion, and she acted like it was my fault. Your job is the make sure nobody is able to enter a room that is already occupied & paid for. Yet it happened. That was an invasion of our privacy & safety. She was very rude and hostile towards me. Very unprofessional establishment.

The hotel is located near the airport. After a long-haul flight, we spent one night here, and the price-to-performance ratio is great. We were warmly welcomed, the room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom had everything we needed. It’s really good for a motel. There was also coffee in the morning, and there are restaurants nearby. Despite the many guests, the motel was very quiet, and we were able to sleep well.
