Regal Inn Las Vegas New Mexico

I was there on a work contract, working overnight. Walls were thin, I could here everyone conversation. Housekeeping was slamming doors in the morning. Headboard was dusty . I had a small dog. Pet fee for week was 105.00. I left my dog for a week with friends, they all hotel stay question and pretty much accused me of lying that she wasn't there. I told them to look at there carmers. They told me when I bring her back to call them. I brought her inside so they could see her . I finally found another place to move to

Stay away from this motel. I booked 2 rooms. They were supposed to be non smoking rooms. The first room was a smoking room and has pet hair all over the furniture. The second room was so bad my employee had to sleep in the truck. Rooms are filthy. Called to get switched to a different room and a refund and the “front desk clerk” said it’s not his responsibility to clean rooms, said he will not issue a refund, his manager is out of the country, to go through booking.com for complaints, and every other excuse he could come up with. This place is horrible and I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to stay here. If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Zero accountability from the front desk clerk.

Positive: The cleanliness mostly. However, despite the fact that it is located on a busy street, the motel is recessed far enough back so that traffic noise is either minimal or nonexistent. Negative: The bathroom door would not close, but it really didn't matter.

This is an older motel with a great idea—you can drive right up to your room! It looks like it was once well kept—the outside looks good—but is now being let to run down. There were some holes in the wall from someone slamming the door open so hard the dead lock and handle hit the wall and some other screw holes and such. It was ok for a night. When we walked in a woman came to the desk from the apartment behind and when we said we wanted a room, she walked away (why did she even show up?) and got an older man who checked us in. ||He tried to charge us $90 because we checked in at 9 am, but we had already told him we were only checking in, but wouldn't use the room until around 2:30, so after we told him again the same thing and said it was $75 online, he gave it to us for $75. Clean, comfortable bed, the room was spacious and I am very fond of the back in to your spot to unload. I couldn’t rate the service since I only encountered the front desk staff which were efficient. I guess the staff is hit & miss and so is the cleanliness.
