Best Western Plus Montezuma Inn & Suites

$160 We were charged was WAY more than internet showed. Bathroom - no fan. Smelly towels. Filthy toilet. Room stayed uncomfortably hot no matter what temperature we set air conditioning. Noisy. Blinds wouldn't close all of the way. Breakfast - alright but certainly not great. Do not recommend this motel.

I wasn't satisfied on this stay. I was quoted on price over the phone and charged a higher price upon arrival. After getting our room and unpacking, found the heater didn't work. Had to repack and move to another room. They said breakfast at 6. We went down for breakfast at 6:30. No hot food (eggs, meat or gravy) . Those items didn't come out until 7:15. We've stay at this Best Western for years. Don't think we will be staying here again.

Positive: LocationPriceGood ice machine. Filtered water available. Staff were all helpful & friendly. Could have been better maintained. Negative: Room smelled moldy. Staff did not clean the hall floors. Weight room was dirty & not picked up. Pool was closed two days & the restricted to 3-11. Food was packaged & reheated - cardboard like

The beds were comfortable, the staff was very kind and helpful and the extras we received in the kitchen were great. We got there early and there was tortilla soup available until it was gone. They have an amazing coffee machine that has many options from fancy to regular and very good decaf. They also have a RO water dispenser in the lobby that enhances that waters alkalinity and oxygen for hydration. I would stay there just for that. We were very pleased with our stay and will stay there every time we go that way. Thank you Best Western.

This place is zero star for me..I requested early check in on 10/10/25 and even had 3 different call and verify the room would be available. I arrived at 11am that morning and the front desk girl stated my room would not be ready until 3pm.. I had to wait all day to check in at 3pm. They would not allow me to cancel without paying a cancelation fee. I stayed maybe 6 hours as I have to work and drive at night.. Was not worth it and I would not recommend. This is causing me to have to drive multiple hours and work on the same day . I could have simply napped in.my van.. In my opinion a hotel should not except reservations if they are not able to honor that reservation. The fact that this hotel lied to multiple people about the room being ready puts in in my (do not stay here) catagory
