Regal Inn

I stayed in room 118. I paid for 1 full week. On night 4 I run into a bed bug situation. They been fighting the problem I could tell. I went to check out and the owner felt like I didnt deserve some of my money back.

This is a Budget Motel that is rundown and in need of some TLC. However, staff were very friendly, and bed was comfortable enough. There is no breakfast or coffee contrary to the listing. Heck, there weren’t even hangers! $79. 59 would’ve been better!

The room looked clean at first glance, but we quickly noticed dead bugs on the floor, a few spiders in the bathtub, and water that smelled like metal, the internet wasn’t good at all. On top of that, the beds had bed bugs, so we requested a different room. Unfortunately, that one also had bed bugs and roaches so we decided to leave and stay at another hotel.

First off phill is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Phill was nice enough to show me the room before I paid him which the room was immaculate from the outside you couldn’t tell how nice the inside was and Phil was just a truly nice person. I asked him. He looked me straight in my face and I said is there any bugs and he said absolutely not I have not seen a one. My day has been great. The beds are comfortable. The service is second to none. I definitely feel like I got my moneys worth. It says free HBO on the sign. It doesn’t stop there. They have every damn channel you can think of on their satellite. I would post pictures in my room, but the beds are messed up but let me tell you the rooms you could eat off the floor

The most horrible experience I've ever experienced in my life I travel with my work I have been for 8 years This place is infested with roach and bed bugs after being confronted about it they move me to another room and the dead of winter December 30th 2 in of snow in the middle of the night to a room that had no heat I highly do not recommend this place
