Red Roof Inn Columbus - Hebron

I was traveling home to nj with my son daughter and nephew from visiting my dad in missouri and our regular route would lead us straight into a snow storm. So we decided to go a different route trying to avoid the storm. Well it didn't work out the way we planned. So I ask my daughter to Google motels and found this one! Looks great compared to the one next it. It's right across from TA/Bob Evans. Friendly staff nice lobby area looks clean considering it's snowing outside. Coffee is hot!!! Room was clean beds are comfortable it's warm and inviting design. Who needs rich and fancy!!! I feel safe staying here w my children and nephew!!! And it's pet friendly. There are plenty of towels was clothes soap toilet paper it's comfy and warm . TV works my children thought it was a ritzy place

Actually was traveling before I made it to the hotel, so it was after check-in time. I called my front desk and they allowed me to pay an early check-in fee to be able to stay until the following day. Which most hotels aren't friendly enough, do not care and only follow whatever procedures and rules they want to. Needless to say, I had a wonderful experience and I'm actually back for the second stay here already this week. Management and staff are great. This is a wonderful place to stay at and recommend it to anyone who needs somewhere to stay temporary or long-term..

Stayed here for one night with family and will NEVER stay at a RedRoof Inn again!! Booked a double queen bed room. When I checked in the lady at the desk tried to give me one king bed- not going to work for 4 of us. Gave us two double beds instead. Room was on first floor. Window was broken and wouldn’t stay locked or shut, had a bar holding it closed. Dirt on floor, stains on sheets and towels, chair peeling, stains in toilet, flys all over room, and you could hear people stomping upstairs. My husband complained to front desk. They put us on second floor in someone’s else’s room who had not checked in yet. The second room was not much better. Stains on comforters, towels. Toilet and shower. Smoke smell and neighbors who were smoking all night so that the room and our clothes reeked of cig

There are many options for overnight stay and this one you should run from I know this is not a 5 star hotel but at least have some pride in your establishment. The bathroom was disgusting and the bedding was stained. The brand new replacement bedding was also stained. The staff are lazy and really don’t care. Room renovations were being done with power tools being used at 11:30 pm and then restarts at 6:45 am the next day with a strong chemical smell throughout the hallway. The beds looked like someone was chewing on the end of the corners with stains that made it look like a brothel. The tub did not drain and floaties came up from the drain when trying to take a shower. The flooring is a trip hazard. The room was supposed to be ADA accessible but a wide door does not make it complia
