Redwood Hotel and Casino

We were traveling down from Washington state and needed a room for the night. Friendly employees, super clean rooms, very comfortable beds. We didn't take advantage of the pool or casino, but would have if time allotted. The complimentary breakfast was delicious!!

The hotel is clean and room is spacious. Breakfast is similar to other hotels. Pool is cool even though they said heat was on. I enjoyed the time in the casino. The machines are really new and room is clean with lots of game. Also great view from windows. Recommend!

I was just passing through Klamath, Ca. Needed to pull over for the night in a safe place . I will say , that all area's around this place didn't feel great .. lots of walking dead types around if ya know what I mean ... its probably just the area.... shady!!! However tho . I was able to park there , nothing happened and staff didn't harass me . The building was nice , and it all looked very well kept .. so thats a reflection of the inside to me . This review is really more about the location than the establishment.

We actually really liked our room here. It was spacious, comfortable, and offered a great breakfast with your stay. The bed was comfortable. Cant speak for pillows cuz i always bring my own. The breakfast was really great. They had different meals each morning. Our first morning was bacon, potatoes, turkey sausage patties, and scrambled eggs, plus the option to make a pancake. Also the usual bagels, toast, yogurt, cereal. The next day was pre-made omelets, sausage links, and biscuits and gravy! I love biscuits and gravy The hotel has a nice gift shop stocked with basics as well as all the usual tourist souvenirs. It is walking distance to the visitor center and gas station mart, but not many food options. We did not enjoy the casino restaurant. Expensive, not great, even for just basic

Registered my RV to spend the night in the parking lot which they allow. Approximately 4:30 in the morning someone tried to break into my RV while I was in it. I yelled and they ran away. I went to the front desk to report it and no one would answer the front bell. I attempted several times. I came back again a few minutes later and tried again and still no answer. Apparently someone was trying to break into cars in the parking lot. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it if you want security. Ironically, it is across the street from the police station. I took pictures of their license plate and filed a report with the police department. The police were very helpful… Holiday Inn express, not so much.
