RED TOP MOTEL

WOW! Unfortunately you have to leave one star, Google really needs to give more options. If you are looking for a moldy, roach and mouse infested dump, with LIVE electric wires and light fixtures just barely hanging on kind of place then this is your place. If you enjoy showering well you need to go somewhere else for that too as they have no hot water and no matter how many times you tell the owner it NEVER gets resolved. We have ran into hard times and this dump was literally the only place we could afford. But this place is what nightmares are made of. Not to mention the random people who stop you to see if "you have any blues". Forgot to mention fire extinguisher expired!

I checked in on a Friday. Had to hunt down the "maid" on Saturday and ask for clean towels and toilet paper. She mumbled something and waved toward my room. ? Okay. I suppose I can wait a bit. By 5 pm I went to the front desk only to be told she wasn't working anymore today. Okay. Sunday I essentially repeated the steps I took the previous day with the same result. Monday is here, the front desk told me at 12:00 noon that the maid just drove off and I could get the clean items when she returns. At 5 pm I returned to the front desk only to be told, "Tomorrow, okay!" No, actually, its NOT Okay! But I haven't much of a choice, now do I? Its very much NOT Okay!

This is the WORST motel in Spokane!!! The tenants are friendly and I felt there is a family-like vibe going on between the tenant population. However, the management & staff should learn a few things from their customers. Like how to treat a grief-stricken family for starters. I am not going to go into more details, just a voice to say, Don't believe much the management has to say. Thank you to the sincere tenants who reached out to us & shared a nice story with us about our family member. We do appreciate each of you & the words you had to offer us.

Horrible horrible service.managment is very rude they dont care about the safety or health of there tenants they yell and scream at u they wont clean the rooms cockroaches bed bugs dirty dirty rooms way over priced the management even takes the anger over there tenants on there tenants kids they refuse to refund you. They lie and say they will work with you and wont i can keep going on n on they diff should be shut down and the health department should diff investigate. Only person that is worth anything is the maintenance and housekeeper family they do there best and leo is the best person there,and the owners take advantage over him even.

Rooms are less than basic. Tv came on no sound, cant change the channel. People were very loud and it sounded like someone was doing contruction work at 10pm. After looking at others reviews it made me feel very uncomfortable and scared for my life. I felt safer sleeping in my car.
