Oxford Suites Spokane Valley

This was our family’s first time visiting Spokane for our daughter’s sports event, and we had such a wonderful stay. We stayed two nights in a suite that was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was perfect for us, and we really enjoyed the steam room and pool during our downtime. The absolute highlight of our stay was Angel from the breakfast dining area. She is incredibly kind, friendly, and full of love. Even though she was very short-staffed and dealing with an ice machine issue, she remained so sweet and attentive to everyone. We truly admire her positive spirit and dedication. Our girls especially loved her kindness, and she made our mornings extra special. We’ve already decided that when we return next year for the same sports event, we will absolutely stay at this

We chose to stay here while our daughter was attending a basketball tournament, and it became clear right away that this hotel was far from the typical “here’s your key, see you later” experience.||||Nas at the front desk truly set the tone for our stay. He was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and customer-service oriented. During check-in, he arranged an early check-in for our group and thoughtfully placed us near another party we knew who was staying at the hotel. He made sure we were fully aware of all the amenities available for both parents and kids, which was greatly appreciated. We had a pleasant overnight at this pet-friendly hotel. It’s a nice location, right on the river and close to the mall for shopping and restaurants. The premium double queen room was spacious and quiet. Check-in was friendly and efficient. The evening “social” is pretty lackluster. There is a bar for free beer, wine, or well drinks which is nice, but the salad was pretty sad. Breakfast in the morning was fine. There were plenty of choices of the standard hotel hot breakfast items.

Positive: Room was nice and clean. We enjoyed being on the 1st floor. The breakfast was very good! Negative: Pillows were a little too soft for me.

Fantastic, super clean hotel. Staff was incredibly friendly. You receive a complimentary breakfast daily with eggs, sausage, waffles etc. and a complimentary soup and salad with a free cocktail, wine or beer. The location is perfectly located with plenty of access to food and shopping. I don’t remember the last time I stayed at a hotel as clean as this one. The management of this hotel is top notch. Highly recommend!
