The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and neatly made. Floors clean and no dust. Heater worked well. Cold out! Bathrooms were clean. A extra set of towels would be nice if left in the room prior to arrival with the others. Location was convenient for our trip. I would stay here again.

I walked into a room that smelled like smoke and mildew. It only got worse when I saw the BLOOD and mysterious liquid stained blankets. The toilet hadn't been cleaned and someone else's hair was on the bedding. I couldn't breathe or sit down. I had to checkout immediately. Now they are making the refund difficult.

Positive: location Negative: Supplies in the room were empty, coffee pod machine did not work, door barely closed, the room needed a good cleaning. Only one washcloth.

Wonderful check in exoerience.! Front desk agent so friendly and fast for this tired guy! Nice hot shower room clean but definitely needs new carpet. Quiet. Great value and location.

I have stayed here many times and I need to have ever had a problem or concern they have always addressed it and kept me informed. They have strict policies and the manager can be very Stern and firm about it but considering the area considering the amount of homeless people near the location it makes me very appreciative of her due diligence and her concern and ensuring the safety of her employees. Because of things like that I will and am a royal customer even though the rooms can be a little lackluster sometimes the safety of my person and the people I may have with me is far more valuable. Also I highly enjoy it conversating with the gal that does the overnights. She is a wonderful person and I also appreciate her because she is very mindful about who is supposed to be there who's not.
