Horrible experience here. Staff was great! The hotel is appe.rtly a dog friendly hotel, all rooms are used for dog lovers, not just designated rooms. Stains on my bed cover, bed looked slept in. I asked for clean sheets and blankets upon arrival. Tried not to think too much about the smell of dog, until I found dog hair in the shower on the walls. Dog hair all over the bathroom floor, room floor, ac unit, night stand drawer handles! Everywhere. Didn't think much about my dog allergy either, just coming in off the road from a 24 hr drive from Seattle, I just wanted a shower and bed. I woke up the next morning and could not breathe! Felt like a dog was sitting on my chest! I had to quickly get up amd take allergy meds and go outside! The fresh air stated helping immediately! When I brought m
Overall me and my family had a great experience! The day time front desk clerk, Rocki, is absolutely amazing! Everyday she had a smile on her face and is willing to help in every way possible! Our room was one of the two rooms that didn’t have cable, she offered to move us rooms, the next day and offered a separate remote for a different app on the tv. The evening and overnight clerks were also amazing and super helpful! I can’t say enough great things about the staff here! The only thing about the location were the roads leading up to the hotel and the big pothole near the entrance/exit. It’s not the hotels fault but it’s a bit rough. Once the construction is all done it’ll be really nice!
We stayed here for 6 nights. They did not have the staffing needed or well trained. They were doing maintenance at 11:30 at night i.e. using a drill to fix a door. They charged us for two rooms but they didn’t give us a key for the first room until the second night. booked through Expedia gave them the credit card to charge when checking in. They proceeded to charge the wrong credit card for all four rooms. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for the last month and their phone is always busy. They overcharge for the week because of the gem shows going on. Should have been $50 a night and even if it was that much would still think it was overcharged.
This is an older property that has been nicely remodeled. It’s basic, clean and comfortable. No staffed lobby, but clerk arrived shortly after I pressed the Ring button. No comforter on the bed, but I got one promptly after asking. Welcomes pets, which is a plus, no pet fee for one pet. Nearby interstate and train tracks make it a bit noisy, but I slept anyway. Great for an affordable overnight stay.
Positive: The value for the money spent. Room was great, Support staff were excelkent. I just spent a night at motel 6 for $---, and it SUCKED Negative: Room cleaning was as needed, which worked great for me. Changed linens And towels when I needed them.
