Red Roof Inn Tucson North - Marana

Rooms need to be cleaned better maybe after house keepers are done with the rooms the head house keeper shld go check and make sure it's how it should be.. A 2nd set of eyes is always the best. Coming from experience... Amy at the front desk she is AWESOME!!! ERIC at the front desk he kicks ass always makes us laugh.. And Rene front desk he bad ass to.. He knows his job and he does it well.. Good ass team👍 Thanks to the front desk staff for making our stay there that much better...

Positive: Location Negative: People smoked (cigarettes and marijuana) in area including rooms where they were not suppose to smoke. Staff did little to reinforce their own rules. It appeared that some guests actually lived at hotel

Room was clean and comfortable. Had all the helpful amenities-hair dryer, ironing board, refrigerator and coffee maker. On the down side, I stayed two nights and they did not make the bed or refresh the linens after the first night. I know this is now the policy at some hotels, but I did not see a warning or posting anywhere regarding this policy. There is a Dennys within walking distance and the staff was friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable and I would stay here again

This hotel was garbage. The staff wasn't bad at all but the beds are horrible. The bedding sucked because your comforter and sheets were very thin. The pillows were tiny and worthless. The staff would not give us more. The first night we stayed there was a disturbance in one room and 4 police officers showed. The TV didn't work. Definitely will not be staying here again.

Beds were hard and night front desk guy talks so loud we can hear him talking like he's in our room. I called him to quiet down but he didn't care much. Day front desk guy and the maids were very nice. Room was clean.
