First of all, RRI is not a luxury hotel but a basic clean, safe and affordable place to stay. Staff is friendly and accommodating to your needs if they’re able. I requested a single king on the first floor but none were available but a double bed room on the first floor was. I happily took it and thanked them for accommodating me. Housekeeping was excellent. Every night I returned, everything was in place and clean. RRI isn’t a place I’d stay if I brought my wife and family to Tucson on a vacation. On the other hand by myself and on a working stay, it’s a good value in my experience of many years of visiting here.

The suites are nice large rooms. It is nice to have a separate seating area and a comfy sofa to watch some TV. Location is close to everything. Staff was wonderful and very kind. The breakfast in the morning was great. Coffee was very good for a complementary continental breakfast.

Really liked the room for the price. At check in the clerk gave me an additional discount for being a red roof employee. I work at the red roof in Marana btw. Overall the service was great, the room was clean as I only needed it a few hours. Overall I'm satisfied and will be coming back

Worst experience ever. Don't ever stay at this motel. There's a bunch of homeless people hanging out around the motel, even coming into the front lobby. The environment does not feel safe. The front staff is incompetent, charged me as a walk in despite already have a pre paid reservation and refusing to refund the double charge. The room itself was dirty and poorly managed, stains on the bedding and shower curtain, hair still in the sheets. The online pictures falsely represent the room. I would pay double or triple the price to stay somewhere else. Definitely do not recommend to anyone.

The two nights I spent at RRI were probably the most scariest experience of my life. I've travelled from North and Latin America to East Asia, Australia and New Zealand, and this was the most terrifying experience whilst staying in a hotel. I was in Tucson for business purposes and the rooms looked alright on Maps, but unfortunately they don't reflect reality. The room was alright (although the window ledge in the bathroom wasn't cleaned and the bedsheets of one of the beds had a stain) but the area is very unsafe. I arrived slightly after midnight and from the next day I wanted to stay elsewhere because I felt very unsafe staying 3 more days in that place. The morning after, I saw a homeless/drug addict lying on the stairs whilst leaving the hotel. Everything was sold out downtown so I ha
