Red Roof Inn & Suites Sulphur Springs

It was a decent room. Everything functioned as expected. The front desk clerk provided great service at check in time.|I experienced no problems and there was a decent breakfast bar in the morning. The waffle maker produced a Texas-shaped waffle. I would stay here again.

Great spot right off the highway with ample parking even for me in my semi & 40' trailer. Clean room, decent bed (mattress is a little worn) & friendly staff. My only complaint is that the continental breakfast didn't start until 07:00 but it was free, albeit a bit simple.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Took them 50mins to find my reservation. Booked king size bed ,there was no king size bed. Booked non smoking. Gave me a smoking room. It stunk.toilet wouldn't flush.tv wouldn't work.

I had a wonderful experience at Red Roof Inn, Sulphur Springs, Texas. The hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained, with a bright, safe, and newly renovated parking lot. The continental breakfast was simple but fresh and complimentary, a great start to the day. The rooms were spotless, and the customer service from the managers and staff was outstanding — very friendly, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sulphur Springs. You’ll feel comfortable, safe, and well taken care of here!

Not American owned. Thin towels, and sheets. Stained. Filthy sliding glass doors. Trash in parking lot and a glove and tshirt right out the sliding glass door on the ground. Pillows very old. Not at all the same quality The Best Western had before Red Roof took over. Stayed here for years in Sulphur Springs, will find a different hotel next trip.
