Hampton Inn Sulphur Springs

Positive: This was our second stay at Hampton Inn. It definitely won't be our last. Very clean, efficient staff, friendly and awesome breakfast bar! Negative: Nothing

The hotel was conveniently located to lots of restaurants and shops. There was an ease of use that we loved. Would definitely book again!

Jessica is the worst I don't see how she's even manager. She's shady, wishy washy, never the same person each day. Very rude and disrespectful! Lady if you don't like your job then don't come to work or find another! Yesterday everything was great..! Just because your having a bad day doesn't mean you got to be rude.. ppl like us pay your bills not the other way around, remember this..! unless it's too late and you don't have the job.. there is always someone there who you work that can replace you. I can think of a couple young lady's who work under you who's definitely qualified. Jessica will charge your according to how she's feeling for the day... If she wakes up on wrong side of bed she charges high! If she's ok that day the price will reflect. All the other staff are good ppl.. Jessi

This is a very dated property with heavily polished website photos that do not accurately reflect the actual condition or quality of the rooms. Upon arrival, several maintenance and cleanliness issues were immediately apparent. The light fixture above the bathroom mirror contained a significant number of dead insects (not one or two, but many). The window curtains were either severely stained or possibly burned, and the closet doors were rusted, off their tracks, and nearly impossible to open on one side. While the room appeared clean at first glance, that impression deteriorated the longer I stayed. The bed linens did look and feel clean, which I appreciated. I used this hotel as my wedding hotel block. It was nearly impossible to communicate or get anything set up. I called several times to set the block up and was told I could only talk to the manager Jessica. I called multiple times after they told me when she’d be working, only to be told she actually wasn’t. Once I finally got a hold of her, setting the block up was simple. She also offered a king suite for us at the discounted rate which was great! A few weeks before our wedding, I called to confirm our room, as I never got a confirmation email, and I was on the phone with multiple different employees for around 45 minutes because they couldn’t find my reservation or block info. I asked to speak to Jessica… was told she wasn’t working, then was told to call back all over again. I called a
