Red Roof Inn & Suites Pigeon Forge - Parkway

Don't ever book with this hotel!! We come down here at least 4 to 5 times a month and have NEVER EXPERIENCED WHAT I DID AT THIS MOTEL!! Don't get me wrong It's in a great location but needs to be taken over by someone who will upgrade it and make it nice.The man that was at the front desk is VERY VERY RUDE!! It was so bad that I wanted to jump across the counter on him but didn't. On top of that it just kept getting worse they don't even have breakfast nor do they tell you about the $100 damage deposit on Priceline or the website and that it takes up to 7 days to get it back, that's IF THEY DECIDE TO EVEN GIVE IT BACK!! Granted the rooms where halfway decent and APPEARED CLEAN when we arrived. We was so tired after driving all day that we decided to stay anyways BUT when we woke up my wife

The exterior of this place is horribly dirty and nasty. Everywhere you look. They scammed us out of $5.00. They charge a $100 deposit upon check-in and only refunded $95.00, even though we left the room completely undamaged. TV didn't work the entire time we were there. VERY cloudy picture and doesn't get channels. Wi-fi is very spotty. We needed white noise to drown out the traffic noise, and the internet kept going off, which made it hard to sleep. We found a hair and stain on hand towel. Pull-out sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable and makes terribly loud noise each time you move. Sink is outside the bathroom which wakes everyone up during the night when you wash your hands. Bathroom door squeaky. Came from FL late at night to go to Dollywood. Easy to find and our room was clean. Dog friendly and only required a $100 refundable deposit. They gave a coupon for next doors pancake place which was amazing! Breakfast buffet and it was good! Don’t be scared by the people waiting outside. It goes fast!

We had a fantastic stay! Room was so clean and very nice. Front desk staff was very nice. The breakfast next door was a really pleasant surprise. We will definitely stay again!
