Absolutely favorite home away from home! After a hard day at work nothing better than arriving somewhere you feel welcome and accommodated whether it be with fresh towels, extra blankets they have pamphlets that tell you what’s near and available in the lobby! Incredibly friendly staff and amazing management! Thank you Ricky, Ana, Angela and Hailey! I know I’m missing names but I promise I know the friendly faces! Thank you all!!

Positive: Good rate, friendly staff, & free breakfast. Negative: Towels had makeup on them (not a stain, but actual makeup). I'm concerned they were used by a previous guest. 1 bed looked like may have been previously slept in. Assuming cleaning staff cuts corners & doesn't fully turn rooms after each guest.

Very clean and well kept property. Bed was super comfy and breakfast was a nice bonus. Hailey at the front desk was very sweet and super helpful

We have stayed here several other times. Very disappointed this stay. ||Cons: We rented an xtra large king for a week. We walked in 1st night. No toilet Paper, no sink stoppers in the sink or tub. Tub had permanent dirt in the tub bottom. The toilet bowl would not refill when flushed. We had to lift the tank lid to start the water. When it did refill it had a loud high pitched noise. Management was not concerned about it. |The soap dispensers were full but housekeeping had to come and burp the air out for us to use. |Bathroom floor could be cleaner. |Housekeeping was an ongoing issue. |Forgot to empty our waist basket, |Didn’t give us refill on Kleenex when empty and failed to make our bed once during our stay.||Pros: staff was friendly, Bed was comfortable. I checked in the day before Thanksgiving and received a room. When I walked in at first glance I noticed that the end table drawer was broken and crooked. And when I went into the bathroom the vanity sink fave was broken off and hanging there as well. And I don’t mean just a little bit. It’s like the previous stay had raged and broken stuff before checking out. The shower area was not clean at all. When I went to look at the window, it was locked shut using the blinds stick to pull the blinds open and closed. I immediately found somewhere else to stay with family, luckily. The room felt very unsafe and filthy. The front staff was sweet and very nice. Although, I found it odd that I was requested to submit a cash $100 deposit for them to keep at the front desk, as it never stated that on
