The Red Roof Inn in St. George, SC. is a fairly inexpensive motel. Overall, we felt the stay was acceptable for the price. There are some cheap and easy-to-implement suggestions provided below.||We stayed one (Friday) night as we were passing through. The location is very convenient to I-95. The parking lot is well lit. The staff was mostly nice, particularly the night clerk who checked us in. The bed was comfortable. The sheets seemed nice and fresh. The house keeping was pretty good. ||Several (fairly cheap n easy) "suggested improvements" are: | |1. On Saturday AM, Breakfast hours ended at 9:00. I arrived just after 9:00. The clock behind the counter had not yet reached 9:01. That clock may have been a little slow. Maybe it was 9:03? 9:04? Technically, I was late, so, I

Due to a construction project in the area rooms were not easy to find. Stayed here because there was no where else available. The guy at the desk was great, super friendly and gave me a really nice compliment. The room, OMG 😱 horrible! The bed cover was filthy, stains on bedding, floor looks like it had never been cleaned, urine all over back of toilet seat, tub looked to never have been cleaned, no phone in room. I felt dirty myself staying there. We stayed the night because we had no choice but got out of there ASAP the next morning. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Was pretty good until i found dirty qtips behind the toilet this morning. Was nicely remodel updated and clean other than the qtips.. hot water machine for the coffee had a ton of dust on it like it hasnt been used in forever.

This motel room was one of the most disgusting I have ever stayed in. The bathroom faucet had toothpaste spit all over the Chrome handles and faucet, the toilet paper dispenser was broken, there was no counter next to the sink at all for putting your toiletries, there were no towel racks in the bathroom, there is no place to put your showering supplies in the shower, and no place to put the showering supplies outside the shower either (except the floor). Right before we went to leave, a bug went running across the counter by the television, so I smashed it. It was a roach! Also, the design of the room could have been much better by simply putting an additional mirror in the main room where the beds were instead of only having one mirror over the sink in the bathroom, it also wou
