Americas Best Value Inn St. George, SC

This place is decently clean and there were no bugs. The breakfast is below average, but they have a waffle maker. The front desk was polite and helpful. They let me look at the room before I booked for the night. It had the best reviews in the area, so I took a chance. I’m glad I stayed here for the night. It was a last minute decision on a long road trip.

It is what it is. A place to sleep. It’s not perfect and the rooms could use some updating but it was CLEAN! And that’s what matters the most imo. No bed bugs so we were happy to sleep there and keep moving along our road trip.

Stopped here at 1 am! Super helpful.. room 116 king size updated room.. super clean and comfortable.. didnt wake up till 29 am.. missed 6 to 9 breakfast.. !

By far this is surprisingly the cleanest budget hotel I've seen. Is this a 5 star hotel no, but at the the price point its a 10 star hotel. FRESH PAINT, CLEAN ROOM, NO FUNKY SMELL, NEW MATTRESSES. Super convenient as its rite off the highway. We slept through breakfast, but theres a waffle house adjacent to it. AND THE GAS STATION NEXT DOOR IS ONLY $2.45 A GAL. My girlfriend is super picky with hotels, and the friendly lady at the front desk even GLADLY let us look at the room prior to paying! This is definitely my new go to mid point place while traveling from NY/NJ to south FL
