Overall, bed was comfortable, room was clean. Be careful to ask for your ID back. They forgot to return it, didn’t take the time to either let me know during my stay or give it back during check out. I noticed after the fact but gladly was able to go back.

This hotel was extremely disappointing and absolutely not suitable for staying. The hotel, especially the rooms, was very dirty. The bathroom and shower were in terrible condition; the bathroom floor was completely wet and flooded, and there were even cockroaches in the room. The reception staff were very rude and unprofessional. We were also told in advance that there would be no extra charge for dogs, but upon arrival we were charged anyway. We arrived at the hotel late at night, and due to the poor conditions, we were unable to sleep at all. We had to leave very early in the morning (around 4:30 AM) because the room was simply unbearable. Even our dogs, who usually sleep comfortably, could not rest at all, which clearly showed how uncomfortable the place was. I strongly do not recommend

Price was double what was listed on the website. The room smelled like smoke. The room was not clean. There was visible dirt and mold in several parts of the room. Worst red roof I’ve stayed at by far. AC barely worked and squeaked all night long.

The young lady at the desk named Rose. Was very very polite. I want to thank you Rose for accommodating us. You performed your job with excellence. I did not particularly like the room that was chosen for the person I had gotten it for. It had a strong odor in the room. The room was very clean on the other hand although there was the presence of an odor. It may have been a smoking room that could have been it. But overall the location is great the customer service was excellent. I will recommend this place but not based on the rooms put on the service and the location
