Red Roof Inn Lenoir

The staff was superb and the location was fantastic considering the circumstances! I was stranded during an ice storm and there was a waffle House open where there were none to very little other eating establishments open. The room was clean and comfortable and the housekeeping staff were very attentive.

This was by far the best hotel my husband and I have stayed in. The gentleman who was in charge was curiosity and friendly. He had grave concern to ensure our stay was satisfactory. 5 stars is not enough. Highly recommend.

Positive: "" Negative: Actual room was clean. No hot water, took all day to get it fixed. Drug addicts asking for things. Horrible place.

Front desk staff was super friendly, way more friendly than any other hotel I've been to. You can tell there has been recent renovations done, everything looks fresh and new, room was very clean. Didn't eat breakfast so I can't comment on that. You can see a major improvement to the hotel since Red Roof took over, way better than it was as a Days Inn. Also hotel is pet friendly, with no pet fees.

Excellent people and service we've been here for an extended stay and everything works perfect hotel is on a good location, clean rooms.
