Red Roof Inn Gulfport - Biloxi Airport

This is a disgraceful hotel. The staff are kind people, but I can see how afraid they are of their good for nothing owner. I had the displeasure of staying here and every time I did it was a nightmare. I booked an accessible room and was told I couldn’t have it because of my animals. Then I got 4 rooms that were all dirty because the hotel staff quit due to his negligence. He was trying to force me to stay in a room that reeked of smoke. He is incredibly rude and non-accommodating to hotel guests. He cancels reservations without notice and something needs to be done. I’ll never stay at a red roof again because if this is what’s acceptable to them then they need a new standard. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else

I stayed only one hour and went to a different hotel. The rooms smelled like smoke and the curtains looked like someone wiped their butt with them. They had streaks of a brown substance. Mold and a faul smell filled the room air. I asked for a refund and left. I just couldn't stay in a place that I was afraid to touch the walls and bed

Everything was good with service and helping me solve the problem. I was assigned to a room but couldn't get in after 2 times going back. Then put in another room but keys won't work so had to get with the master key to open it.

Positive: Only where it was located. Negative: These hotel was disgusting dirty, rundown bed sheets had cigarettes burs and so the shower curtains, and I could go on it was just terrible I actually check out the next day and went to stay at the Holiday in around the corner.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!! We needed a place to stay for the night due to our car AC having issues. This was right off of IH10 and close to Auto Zone which we would need the next morning. Cruisin The Coast was happening and this was hotel with availabilty. This was our 3rd room. The first 2 had AC that did not work. The first 2 either didnt have a panel or buttons were missing. The front desk girl tried to tell me the humidity caused AC to not work. Did the humidity cause them to lose panels and buttons. LOL. The rooms were not cleaned. Door didnt properly lock so we placed our heavy suitcases next to it. The deadbolt was broken. The doors between rooms didnt lock so hotel out heavy desks between. There was a spider in the tub. Desk, microwave, nightstand and dresser were all sticky. Toilet tan
