Best Western Seaway Inn

Great stay, greater service! Very clean room and bathroom, quality linens, hot complimentary breakfast with a good selection of fresh items. Safe and quiet at night besides being near busy road. Most impressive yet was the friendliness of the staff. One hour after checking out I realized I left my watch in the room. I called the hotel, and the front desk clerk immediately told me how to arrange a Fedex shipping. My watch is now being mailed to my home. Forever grateful!

We really enjoyed our time and I can honestly say that shower was the best I’ve had in a while at a hotel. The water gets hot enough all of the amenities that we needed were provided to us and we were able to spend quality time together in a nice clean atmosphere

We were in town for a concert at the Coliseum and found this place kinda last minute. Reviews looked good compared to other locations closer to the venue so I booked. First, both the young ladies at check in were super sweet and personable. We talked about the events going on in the area and that they had sold out every room. I asked about our restaurant we had booked for dinner and they told how great it was. They weren't lying!! We had a great meal at Salute. We had our elderly dog with us and they were accommodating for her to which we were thankful. Second, the property itself was very clean. No litter around the building or any of that. This has to be one of the worst Best Westerns I have ever stayed. Expect nothing as thats what you will get. When we arrived we asked for.2 extra pillows and an extra blanket and were told No because housekeeping had already left...huh? There wasnt one person on property that could get those? Even from one of the many rooms they had vacant? Nope! We also asked for a late checkout and we told "we dont do.that!"...not even for members? Wow. Lady working front desk on weekend mornings had an attitude and didnt seem to want to be bothered. Bathroom toilet kept running all night, TV was on the fritz, vanity light is very dim and the hot tub button in the room kept coming off. Also the pool/hotub area was locked the entire time 👎. The hotel is in a great location on US 49 and near I 10. property has security and plenty of lights for safety. Room is relatively fresh and new decors. Beds are nice and medium firm with nice pillows. We use Sam's club service so the value was good. The room we got away from the traffics there was quite and the bathroom was clean. The amenities were normal like any average hotel. There were some minor inconveniences, no towel hanger at the wash sink, bath towels not too soft and there is no exhaust fan (?) in the bathroom. There were some cracks of the caulking around the tubs.
