Hilton Garden Inn Gulfport Airport

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and had an exceptional experience thanks to Front Desk Supervisor Malinda Barnett. Malinda truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. When the hotel shuttle was unavailable and I needed to get back from the casino, she didn’t just apologize for the inconvenience — she took immediate action. She personally arranged an Uber for me to ensure I returned safely and without stress. That level of attentiveness and problem-solving is rare and speaks volumes about her dedication to guest service. From the minute we walked in, we were greeted by every worker with a big smile and offer to help. The front desk people were great and we had fun with them in finding the two hidden elves Christmas decorations were great and the lobby and restaurant spotless.

Positive: Great location Negative: The fact that it was PET friendly.

Impeccable service by entire staff. I am a regular here and GREAT service is super consistent. An extra bonus for Malinda Barnett. Her welcoming smile, professionalism and just being a great human is worthy of this review.

I can’t say enough about this place. The staff is friendly and accommodating, but not in an obtrusive way. They are just polite, efficient, and there when you need them (which we did a few times, because we utilized their 24-hour shuttle service for everything.) The staff seems vigilant. I have been in other hotels where you might wait at the counter forever or have to wander around looking for someone. That never happened at the Gulfport Hilton by the airport. It was a lovely experience and my family enjoyed every interaction we had while staying there.
