Red Roof Inn Dayton - Fairborn/Nutter Center

Very satisfied was reluctant about staying here due to the price bring to reasonable, but that just goes to show you not to judge a book by its cover. The room was very clean, the Cleaning lady was super nice and very helpful in getting us our towels and bed sheets. The location is great right across the parking lot is a speedway 24hrs. No loud noises at night no parking lot parties I will definitely be back.

Positive: Location to Wright State. Negative: The beds were not comfortable. They moved easily if you just rolled over. One of our rooms smelled of smoke, even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. Rooms could have been a little cleaner.

ZERO STARS. AWFUL. UNCLEAN, UNSAFE, UNKEMPT. There was a hole in the bottom of the tub making it unusable even for a shower, the bed springs sounded like something out of a horror movie and there was a hair in the sheets. I did not find out until my kids were asleep and changing rooms was no longer an option. Then at 2AM we had someone playing bone rattling music in an apparent attempt to start a fight. STAY AWAY.

I’m going to say this, I stayed here for a week the employees here are absolutely outstanding. There is a lady that works here named Shelly. She is one of those souls you come across you can NEVER FORGET. She will make SURE you get your moneys worth & you have the best stay you can! You’ll know exactly who she is when you come across her. When you need fresh towels, bed sheets, etc they get right on that for you. The room was clean! Had absolutely no issues with it what so ever. During the week staying here there was absolutely no problems. I know every red roof is different but this red roof you’re going to get a good experience! Everyone there is extremely respectful & they have an outstanding employee crew. Shelly deserves to have a shout out! I normally don’t ever do this but she IS A

The room was fairly priced for the size. It was poorly cleaned. There were ashes inside the bedside dresser drawer and some string in the drawers under the TV. They also deactivated the room cards in the morning prior to 11 am, it was 9am when I went out to get a coffee but luckily my boyfriend was still in the room to let me in. They do have a coffee maker in the room but they do not supply cups or maybe they forgot. The mattress on one side sinks down to the springs at the base. But for $70, it’s a room to sleep in across from the nutter center. Stay at your own risk. Conveniently located in the parking lot adjacent to Speedway.
