Red Roof Inn Conroe North-Willis

The room was not clean. We 1st noticed the cobwebs on the wall. The bathroom mirror still had splash marks and had not been cleaned. The toilet was disgusting inside and at the base. There was a piece of a fake eyelash on the floor behind the toilet. When I closed the bathroom door there was a soap bar trash on the floor which proves they didn't mop or clean the floor. You could feel the dirt on the floor in the main room near the bed. We asked to see another room but the 2 shown to us smelled so bad we were at least thankful our original room didn't stink. The bed and pillows were at least comfortable. It may be cheap but I will spend the extra money next time not to have to be in a place they obviously dont care about cleanliness. I wish I could post the pictures I took

Oh, where do I even begin with this dreadful place? The bathroom was an absolute nightmare—a vile scene straight out of a horror story! There was poop smeared all over the walls and splattered across the floor like some grotesque modern art. The stench alone could make a strong person faint! And as if that wasn’t enough to send me running for the hills, the hotel was infested with enormous kissing bugs crawling everywhere, their creepy little legs skittering across every surface. I felt like I was trapped in some sort of nightmare from which there was no escape. I beg you, dear reader, never, ever set foot in this wretched establishment. It was a filthy, revolting experience that has left me shaken to my core. Stay far, far away unless you want your soul to be scarred forever! 😭💔😱

All you have to do is look at other reviews. This place is an embarrassment to the Red roof name. Take a look of the pictures I took from my stay last night. There was no shower head, the microwave looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. There was stains all over the mattress and the bed spread and sheets. I used one of their rags to wipe down the bathroom sink and tub and the top of the dresser, it was black afterwards. This place needs to be shut down. It looks nice from the outside but I'd rather stay in my pickup truck.

Walked in the room and right away saw trash on the floor, stains on the bed and food smeared on the coffee table. I picked it because it’s close to where I need to be but nope definitely not staying here!! Wow what a response, I asked for my money back and nope you guys didn’t. So I changed my service rating to one only because there is no zero.

Positive: The only good thing about this motel room was the hot water and it had good water pressure. The heater did work nicely. Negative: The room needed sweeping. All surfaces were dusty and the headboard needed scrubbing with soap and water,(which I did). There was a crack under the door that let the cold air into the room. The bed was like laying on rocks, very uncomfortable.
