Red Roof Inn Cincinnati - Sharonville

One and Done here. We have stayed in many Red Roof Inns over the past several years and this one is the pits. We won't be staying here again. The room is sub par to say the best. Given one rate, charged another. The room is awful as is the overall condition of the building and the grounds, including nails in the parking lot from where they have made an attempt the replace some of the second floor deck railings There cars setting in the parking lots with all four tires flat on the ground. The Night check In/ Vendor and Ice room is filthy, it hasn't been mopped in ages, grime is everywhere and not even as inviting as a pigpen. The room is NOT much better. When I first checked in they gave us a dirty room 320. So the next room seemed ok 318 I ate my food and went to sleep at 5am the sound of running water was loud and woke me up. I got out of the bed to see what it was and the floor was filled with water coming from the toilet SMH clothes were in toilet water and everything else was too I called the front desk and she said she couldn't do anything but move us to another room. I informed her that we couldn't leave if everything is wet she hung up on me. I called back and asked for a refund they knew that room was messed up because it's no way that was the first time having a leak and it was from the third floor down to the first floor. I would not even rate it a 1 star.. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. As if trying to dodge all the dog shit on the stairs was not bad enough, the room was absolutely filthy. The bedding was not clean. There was pubic hair in the bathtub, in the bed...spills, dirt and crud on all the surfaces...holes in the walls. Immediately walked right back down and checked out. Better recieve that refund in 3 to 5 business days. What a nightmare!!!!

Absolute abomination of a hotel. Drug users and pets everywhere. Animal fecies everywhere. Then they’re the rooms… I could feel the springs in the mattress when we lifted it up it had holes in it from where rats ate it out. Bugs everywhere the room smells like cigarettes. Stains everywhere holes everywhere. I honestly don’t understand how corporate allows this place to stay open. The rooms do not looks like the pictures at all be aware stay away!!!
