DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Cincinnati - Blue Ash

DO NOT Stay here, don’t even go inside, go away as fast as you can. This hotel doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Priceline advertises it as a 4 star hotel. The entrance isn’t even accessible, so you enter through one of the side entrances which is supposed to be keyed. Every single keyed entrance is wide open and anyone can just walk in. Not a single door is secure. The parking lot is dimly lit and theres trash strewn about. It’s actively under construction at 10pm at night, there’s a crew laying tile and making all kinds of noise. The entire place is dirty, moldy, and looks like it was painted by drunken sailors. Hallways missing doors and trim, stains on the carpet, smells like urine. The room has cracks in the paint, is missing door jam covers, doesn’t fully lock, and is disgusting.

By far the worst experience as a Hilton Honors at this hotel. I have never stayed at a Hilton Hampton or Double Tree where they charge you for breakfast, and they are KNOWN for complimentary breakfast. The lady at the bar told me I needed a coupon for me to start eating and to get it at front desk. This is when I meet front desk Sai. He said it wasn’t an actual coupon for complimentary breakfast, that he couldn’t do anything about it. I worked at Hotels downtown for years and when situations like this happened, especially if the guest didn’t know, we would just comp the breakfast, and I’m taking about Hotels that are not Hilton and NOT known for complimentary breakfast, unlike these brands. I asked to speak to the manager and Bishol Patel comes out and also doesn’t seem to care and didn’t

I wish I read these reviews first. I will say the guy at front was nice. However, I almost left due to not having a great feeling at check-in. The rooms are not being kept to Hilton standard at all even if remodeling Hilton still has a standard. Completely dirty. By the next day I already knew I wanted to be gone. Upon walking out to my rental car I noticed it had been tagged. So not only was I in a dirty hotel but now complete safety issues were a concern. There will not be a second chance.

This place should be closed during the renovation process. We stayed here for Valentine’s Day weekend and the room was just…awful. Both TVs were not working and was told “sorry, some of our tvs don’t work” The gall to place a $100 deposit on my card if I break something. (I understand Hilton policy) but it’s just funny when your whole hotel is broken. Zero soap or any other amenities in our room. Construction starting at 8am sharp. Bathroom door didn’t latch at all. Toilet that didn’t want to flush And the overall look of the place was run down and stained everywhere. Wouldn’t recommend. I can’t wait for the Ai generated response to this review.
