Extended Stay America Select Suites- Cincinnati - Sharonville

I’ve been staying here since October. Upon checking in, Wayne who works the front desk was very helpful and helped me with unloading my car and getting my groceries to my room quickly. He also assisted with fixing my TV and my toilet a few times. They also assist with making sure we have clean bedding and everything we need.

This hotel was one of the worst I stayed in !!! They will charge you $50 to clean rooms , they will charge $15 for a towel , also they didn’t clean my room for 3 weeks I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean my own room all the staff were bd services and they should get fired… I had aunts in my room that was nasty ass fuc* and after I reported they still didn’t spray my room … all the money they get for towels and room cleaning they are pocketing all that money and that’s not right I got pics of the ants ugggh that was nasty … I complain a lot but I guess cause I was latino they didn’t like me.. the general manager name is charese blevins she should get fired and do a clean house because they stealing from us workers that we go over there to work and make money . Positive: The intake clerk was good, the service person was very good, he repaired the tv! Negative: The hotel manager was not efficient at her job, she was most ineffective of all, if a person is late checking out there should be a more respectful way of handling the situation, than throwing their belongings in a bag!!!

I reserved a room for my son. Walking in the room there was roaches everywhere. Wouldn’t recommend. My son slept in his car. He tried getting a refund we called the 1-800 number and they said to contact the manager in the morning and to leave the keys in the room. So we did and they said no because they couldn’t tell when we left the room. I don’t recommend anyone stay. The assistant manager was awesome. She was nice and sweet but her hands was tired. The room costed over $100 for my son to sleep in his car. I wish I could give no stars but that’s not an option. Very disappointed. :(

My only issue was nonsmoking rooms and late at night marijuana smell would hit you right in the face when you opened your door. Not sure if this was on all floors but definitely the floor I was on. Staff couldn't figure out which room it was coming from. They tried.
