Customer Reviews
I stayed here for a short visit and overall had a really good experience. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the amenities were exactly what I needed. The A/C and heater worked great, the room felt fresh, and the property had plenty of secure parking available. What really stood out was Gina at the front desk. She helped me with checkout and made the whole process quick, smooth, and stress-free. She was friendly, attentive, and patient — the kind of customer service that leaves a lasting impression. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests. The hotel served its purpose perfectly for a short stay, and Gina’s kindness at checkout made it even better. I’d definitely come back.
Gated Hotel off interstate in midtown. Exterior in need of a good repaint. Pool out of action. Police cruiser at reception as we left. Also noticed the razor wire around the fencing when leaving in daylight. Rooms shabby with doors straight to outside - no cosy corridors. Air con noisy but working. Breakfast cold buffet and very limited. Due to location, evening meal was a car ride away
A lot of homes less people around the area. There is 5 people stay in a camp right infront of the hotel! Didnt feel very comfortable. Inside hotel service was nice and rooms are pretty clean. May be change the towels to the new ones please Thanks
Positive: The staff was excellent Negative: There wasn't any shampoo, nor did the room have night stand lamps.
The stay started out with a call to the hotel to advise them that we were running late and they talked so low on the phone we could barely hear him. We arrived to check in and the lobby smelled like rotten food. We get into our room and the chemical smell was horrible, the room was very run down and dirty. Day 2 of our trip we got back to our room late in the night about 10:30pm and we were locked out of our room, I went to the lobby and they gave me 2 new keys that didn’t work. Round 2 back to the lobby where the attendant didn’t know what was happening. Gave me new keys thankfully they worked. We checked out today, I had given them a $100 bill to hold for the deposit and they told me to wait for the money back. The property is disgustingly dirty, the smell in the rooms was horrible, I wa
