Red Oaks Motel

Took a friend there and saw the place, it is clean and has a nice comfortable feeling to it. Refrigerator, stove, kitchen table, big bathroom. Windows you can actually see out of a nice bed and a place to hang clothes with a shelf. Of the motels I have seen in Lapeer I like this the best by far!

Checked in on Sunday the 4th for a week paid for it they came down the following Saturday and Said we had to be out by 11 am and they charged us 65 dollars and were very rude people. I told them I checked in on Sunday and showed proof and they still scammed me a day and took my money. I would not ever rent a room at this place they are very scandalous and it seemed like there was a lot of weird activity going on at night. The managers would not give me the owners number or any information. I think they scam people a day and pocket the money this was the worst experience I've ever had at a motel

Owner is a douche and will harass you guests when they come to visit you.

This hotel is a little hole in the wall. The rooms are small. Basically, they rent at a ungodly price to people who are homeless in the community.

Clean. Great rates for long term stay. Kitchenette. Nice management.
