Place is disgusting, bugs, filthy, very thin walls you hear everything, shower is so nasty when i finally worked up to get in it, I wore my crocs. I had moved here for a job and didn’t know anyone or the area and my job is basically across the road. The smell of crack was so bad, I had a headache for two weeks. The sheets and towels seemed clean. I spread the bath towel on the sheet and slept with it under me praying that roach crawling up the walls won’t fall on me. Mgmt gave me a can of bug spray…but told me to use it sparingly. The mini fridge had dead roaches inside so I never used. I’m literally traumatized from staying there, but it was something. So hot, couldn’t stay in my car. Please don’t stay here. If you can, stay in your car.

This place is terrible. Initially, I thought I'd save some bucks and stay in a crap motel because I'm just there for a night and can drink the unpleasant parts away. The last time I stayed at the Inn (which was my fourth time there), I had a jarring situation happen where someone tried to come on the room forcibly. Also, the TV didn't work right, there were water stains from prior leaks, the room was hodge-podged together with random furniture and I woke up very itchy. This is the kind of place that you sleep on top of the mattress and still are at risk. Spend the extra $10 and go to some other place.

If there was less than one star that's what this place is ... Black mold, bugs, stains bathroom was disgusting do not use this place and go back to your home I bet something will come along with you asked for my money back. Due to the condition was. this place is absolutely horrible. They do not deserve the 1 star that i am giving them. first off, i reserved a room off expedia that stated it was a cottage with "1 double-sized bed and 1 double-sized sofa bed". when calling and speaking with the woman she informed me that no it would not be that way. She told me and i quote, "it will have a queen size bed and a sofa in the room". I got there, the bed was not a queen, it was a double. there was no sofa there was a metal folding chair that was disgustingly dirty. The bed sheets had yellow stains on them before i even laid on the bed, there was black mold growing on the mattress, the ceiling in the bathroom leaked when it was raining, and one of the 2 rooms next to me had hookers coming in and out all night very loudly. We stayed here for 10 months while we search to for a new home. Pros: -they allow pets (for a premium additional fee) -when we left they returned our deposit in a reasonable amount of time -nice quiet location -cool little bungalow -cool manager -Cookie, one of the ladies that worked the desk, was the best! Such a kind woman -friendly community -landscape well kept -the manager kept a very close eye on the property so we always felt safe.
