We stayed here on a stopover to visit family nearby. ||We chose this hotel for its convenient location and from our past positive experiences at Fairfield Inn & Suites. ||||Both our room and the hotel itself were very clean and comfortable. The concierge was quite friendly and welcoming. He provided us with a recommendation for take out nearby. ||||We liked the variety of food choices at breakfast which were a bit different from what most hotels offer. I enjoyed the crustless quiche and my husband like his sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. ||||Upon checking out, I notified the concierge that our mini fridge had been on a freezer setting and too cold for our purposes. Not a great hotel. They’re currently renovating so things feel kind of in disarray. The seating in the breakfast area was kind of a mess. Tables weren’t clean even though I was among the first down for breakfast. I got a cup of coffee and the next person got a partial last cup. The carafe was empty. Seemed like they weren’t doing a great job of keeping up with breakfast even though there were only 3 people down that early. The “breakfast” wasn’t great. No hot foods, other than make your own waffle. Fruit wasn’t good (they only had oranges). Also had yogurt and cereal. Our room was clean and had recently had a new carpet installed. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Old and noisy HVAC. Not a great place. Maybe their remodel will make things better. I sure hope so. Lastly, the parking lot was

Rooms are dirty and old. I booked a room for Jan 11th and arrive at hotel checkin and the person at reception says. Sir, do you really need a room and gives excuse they are renovating. Common. Is this marriot and is this the wua they treat Marriots members. Also after little deliberation the receptionist gets a me a room and again asks me if I would need breakfast. Hello. What is happening. And finally amdits they are renovating and also me to find a different hotel. I never was told while booking the hotel was getting renovated. Total messed up my stay.

AVOID THIS HOTEL. We arrived and were only then told the property was undergoing major renovations due to flooding, which was never disclosed during booking. The third-floor hallway looked and smelled like an active construction site—strong paint/chemical odor, stained carpets, and heavy dust that aggravated my children’s allergies. Several fixtures appeared loose or unfinished, and we were alarmed to see hallway smoke detectors covered with tape, which raises serious safety concerns. Breakfast was also heavily limited compared to a normal Fairfield Inn, and we observed water dripping from the ceiling into buckets and onto the counter area. Overall, this stay felt unsafe and unsanitary. Marriott was unwilling to work with us on a suitable resolution to our unacceptable stay. Multiple email
