Judgemental, unsafe, uncleanliness and unnecessary involvement/unprofessional behavior. One of the worst experiences I ever had a low-budget motels.

Excellent accommodations beautiful and amazing staff and a superb breakfast. Beds were wonderful my fiance was in the hospital and I'm glad I stayed the night there. Satisfying comfortable and peaceful. Thank you for a great place. Would stay again and again and tell everyone to go there.

The suite we stayed in was large and clean. It was nice having a separate seating area in another room. Bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. The hotel is conveniently located close to the zoo and U of A. Downtown area is also very close. Easy on and off the freeway. Breakfast was also good.

My sister requested no fragrant sprays or perfumed cleaners be used as she is ultra sensitive to chemical odors. the room was clean and modern but it had a strong odor of the cleaning solutions used upon walkin in and she got a headache rightaway. After going back to the front desk and complaining about it, it was finally decided that the solution would be to open the doors and create a cross breeze until the smell was gone. that took about 3-4 hours with no privacy. Question is, why couldn't they do that prior to my sister checking in especially since we made the reservation in advance? Don't they read the special request messages?
