Red Lion Inn & Suites Post Falls

Exceptional Hospitality and Great Value! I stayed at Red Lion Post Falls on September 9–10, and was warmly welcomed by Aman at the front desk. He was very courteous and offered me a fair rate for the night. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The next morning, after checking out, I still had some pending work and decided to spend a few hours in the hotel lobby. The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and attentive—she offered me coffee and juice multiple times and even volunteered to get me lunch. Later, another gentleman from the staff also offered refreshments, showing the same level of warmth and hospitality. This hotel is gross! I’ve stayed at plenty of Red Lions and they are clean so I didn’t actually check any reviews before hand. People are definitely living here. The floors are sticky. The smell seems like old food permeating throughout the hotel. Garbage pile out back. Something odd is going on with this location. Also I bet any of the good reviews are people staying at the other Red Lion near by. You would never say it’s not as bad as the reviews. It is.

Worst experience ever! I traveled out of state had car troubles i tried calling to find out the lasted I could check in or what the policy was and the lady kept hanging up before I could talk. I showed up she refused to let me check in saying its to late I asked to make a new reservation she told me no not possible. Refused to actually help or resolve any issue. I wasnt even asking for a refund or anything would of paid both nights if had to just some decent service she said her name was BK. I asked for a manager she told me she wasnt there I asked a good time or day and even her name she said no not possible to any time I asked or talked. I've never met someone so rude in customer service as a manager I would be embarrassed and mad if my employees ever talked to someone like that and refu

For the love of god do not stay here. Holes in doors , towels full of holes and stained. Windows don’t lock on ground floor. Smells so badly of curry it burns your eyes in the lobby. So many fake reviews on this place. They must pay for them to put anything over 2 stars. This place should be criminally charged for horrible state of rooms and the shower doesn’t even get warm long enough to enjoy a real refreshing shower. First place I have ever stayed that doesn’t have a single nice to thing to write about. That’s a an achievement in itself. Beds are uncomfortable and have slight off white staining. Kids running. Everywhere screaming down hallways. Nothing about this place is great. I swear on my family I am not exaggerating anything. Some pictures provided.
