Hyatt Place Post Falls / Coeur d’Alene

Our journey from Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Post Falls, Idaho, was quite lengthy, especially with young children in tow. However, our experience at the Hyatt Inn was exceptional from check-in to check-out. Having stayed at many Hyatt locations over the years, I can confidently say that this was the best customer service I have ever encountered. Every member of the staff, from the front desk team to the restaurant and bar personnel, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We stayed here on just the second day the hotel opened, and everything was fantastic! The property and location are absolutely perfect. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, making our stay even better. We visit this area frequently for work, and this will definitely be our go-to hotel from now on. So thrilled to finally have a Hyatt in North Idaho!

While the hotel is somewhat confusing to reach, once you get there the entryway is great with a restaurant right of the entryway and smiling faces to greet you at the front desk. Huge shout-out to Christa she was so incredibly helpful on the phone and very welcoming through the check in experience! Once checked in to your room you will find they are exceptionally accommodating including extra beds and handicap accessible features in many of their rooms. The rooms themselves are clean and quiet with one of the better hotel tv systems I've encountered, and the bathrooms are very nice as well with a warm feel and enjoyable showers. Little hard to to find in the dark but beautiful comfy rooms. My room is facing the freeway and it is quite loud . . Staff is wonderful and food was great . Next time I will try a room facing away from freeway .

They’ve only been open a few weeks. We stayed one night while visiting family! Very modern, nice rooms, nice workout room and pool area as well. We should definitely stay here again! Reasonable price. Friendly staff
