Red Carpet Inn Hot Springs, AR

This place was the worst motel that we ever stayed in. We asked for a non-smoking room. The room smelled of old smoke. We originally asked for 2 double rooms. When we arrived they told us that 1 room had 2 beds and the other room had 1 bed. Had to pay $10 extra for another bed. The room did not have enough fresh towels. When I went down to the office to ask for more towels the manager on duty told me that he didn't have any fresh towels. He didn't know what time housekeeping would be in with fresh towels. The plug ins don't work. So, we can't charge our phones nor connect medical equipment. The towels rack fell when I went to remove 1 towel. The manager on duty was very nasty and rude. We had rooms 238 and 239. We we're scared to walk up steps because stairs are in need of repairs. I will

I wouldn’t let my dog stay there. No fire alarms, cold rooms with no heat, no phones. Seriously ran down. It looks like someone had a garden by the pool area. And then there’s the people they let stay on the backside of the hotel. Better off buying a tent and camping somewhere

We got the jacuzzi suite, and unfortunately the water for the shower was only cold, and the Jacuzzi was only extremely hot. The mattress pad had blood and urine stains on it as well. Top comforter was covered in holes.

It was a very nice experience, and the staff was awesome. I loved the vintage style the room gave off. The room was clean and the Jacuzzi tub was absolutely amazing. Me and my fiance are definitely going to come back.

We booked online, when we arrived, our room smelled musty, the bedding was stained. The heart shaped Tub was coated with white soap scum...maybe. We didn't stay, but we're given a refund.
