Dude what happened to the pretty lady that was so nice qnd made the experience almost worth it? I wanted to leave just because of that. I stayed for my fourth time. This time I was with my best friend who was in town. The other three stays I was made to feel genuinely cared for because the last manager that was here. This time didn't feel anything like that. And considering what guests hAve to look past when booking here, I'd say that's pretty disappointing now and in the future for everyone. Best of luck

Positive: The hotel should be burned down it was infested with roach . The ownet needs not to charge --- dollars for a nasty room . They should be shut down ,because the owner is doing nothing to inprove the hotel. Negative: Roach everywhere

I booked this room online due to work and a snowstorm coming and I live an hour from my job. I will say this. The front desk folks are very kind and was very honest with me about the condition of the hotel, Brittney was absolutely a sweetheart along with her co-worker did their best to help me get a refund for the room, it turned that I wasn’t going to get one not for 36 hours and I was kinda stuck, she gave us her best room, a space heater as there is no heat. She really did go above and beyond and honestly the owners she be ashamed of themselves they have good employees, a hotel in a great location and all they need to do is CARE! Hands down the worst hotel I stayed in. The one good thing was that it was a cheap room (like $45ish a night). However, here is a definitive list of my complaints (which normally, I am easygoing, but all this is ridiculous) 1. ROACHES EVERYWHERE! There were two that crawled out on the front desk when I was checking in. 2. No heated rooms. I went in there to escape the winter storm, and I was surprised that there was no heat in the rooms. The front desk guy who works there at night is a complete jerk. They made me give them $5 to rent a heater. Ridiculous. That should be included with the room. 3. I had went here for a concert in louisville, didnt think to read the reviews (wish i did). There were roaches on the walls, microwave, on in and around the toilet, in the shower and on the sink, there were bed bugs too. the people who were staying there seemed to live there as well, standing on the balcony smoking marijuana and drinking, the lock on the door was also busted as well as the guy at the front desk wasnt very pleasant either, i would NEVER stay here or even book a room here this is by far the worst hotel and service i have ever experienced
