Rainbow (Court) Annex Motel

I'm old. That was a lot of stairs to climb. But it was great. And we were traveling needed a room right then and they had it.

We stay here every year for bike week. Is absolutely the best location has a great view of the boulevard. Easy access to everything you need. An extremely reasonable rates when compared to the rest of the motels in this area. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. As far as I'm concerned is the best place to stay on Ocean Boulevard for bike week it has a pool a great View of everything easy access to the beach walking distance to the stores restaurants and attractions very inexpensive for this area

Do not stay here, very cheesy motel is not have a homey feel it. I was very unhappy with what I saw when I arrived. It was a very old motel all the other guess does is sit around and smoke all day long you can't even go outside and enjoy yourself on the balcony without inhaling smoke. The smoking is a ongoing 24 hr thing the other guests have no respect for you as far as the smoking. The rooms are not worth what they're asking for plus they have a odor to it, the bathrooms are very tiny you I barely close the door so you can use it.l also had to clean my own room they keep a broom and dust pan in the room for you to clean it, the only time they clean it is when you leave to go home I want a refund that motel suck. I dread staying here, I will never ever do it again run far away from it.

Spend a little more for a better experience just DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE!!!! Housekeeping doesn't clean your room and there are rules posted around the room stating you have to clean up after yourself. I was sweeping sand out of my room and one of the maintenance men told me that I was not allowed to sweep the sand outside of my door. Furthermore, I tried handing my dirty bath mat to housekeeping and she told me to use it again; I have 4 little boys who dirtied up the mat and needed a new one but housekeeping refused to grant my request. I paid money to be treated like a kid with staff playing strict parent and telling me what I could and could not do. If you want to remember what it's like to be 10 again but without the fun then, by all means, this is the place for you.

I have stayed there the last 2 years and I have to say I loved it and so did my grandkids!!! The staff was great!!!! Clean rooms small bathroom is the only bad thing I could say about it.... Staff was very caring and understanding with my Autistic grandchild I was impressed!!!! Thanks for another great vacation!!!! See ya next year....
