It was a nice hotel. The revolving restaurant on top was the best part! Great food, beautiful views of Duluth! Our server in the morning, Casey, was over the top with hospitality and performance! Didn't clean our room once. We were there for three days. I know the front desk said they don't clean unless you requested, but didn't even refill disposable coffee K-cups?

The hotel is in disrepair. There are many cleanliness and condition issues that need to be addressed. The hotel is outdated, dirty, and we won’t be staying at this location again. The pool area was dirty and grimy, the hot tub was closed (and from our understanding, has been closed since the Summer), and the pool was FREEZING. Common areas of the hotel were not kept clean (there was grime and debris in the elevator during our entire two night stay that was never cleaned up and very clearly seen). The room was subpar as well. The carpet was severely worn, the bathtub was clogged and you stood in ankle deep water when using the shower, the TV is at least 15 years old, and the phone didn’t work. Service from the staff was ok, but nothing to write home about. The restaurant food was nothing sp

Where to start? Very expensive for what you get. The elevator hardly worked and you would have lines of people waiting to get to their room 20+ deep. Our room had holes in the wall all over and their fix was just put some falling down wallpaper over it, the tv didn’t work, one of our outlets was completely hanging out of the wall housing. The heat was set to 76 and never kicked in our room was very cold and you would feel wind blow through the unit. The shower was very lukewarm water and the would just go cold on you multiple times, the pool water was way to cold for anyone and the pool floor was full of debonding bubbles and would shake if you bounced around.hot-tub was broken and since their wasn’t a breakfast we went to the restaurant and it was super short staffed with one waitress and

My husband and I stayed here on our recent trip to Duluth. We enjoyed our room. It was not fancy, but it was cozy and clean. It had a king- sized bed, a microwave, mini fridge, a large lighted mirror, and a bath/ shower. It was nice. There is a pool and sauna but did not visit them I'm sad to say they are removing the hot tub. My only complaint is that the bed was a little harder than I would like but that is just my personal preference. I would stay here again.

The room itself is about 10ftx10ft, save your money. The closet overlaps the bathroom door. The toilet is not great, you wouldn’t think it mattered, but it does after staying here. When they say “city view” they don’t mean the bridge or the nice side of town- they mean maybe the ugly side. There’s water damage that they painted over in the shower- super obvious. They also painted the ceiling and the paint doesn’t match the previous white. The fridge is half the size of a normal hotel that’s half the price. It’s like a micro mini fridge. The usb chords on one side of the bed are broken and basically for show since you can’t charge your phone , because they don’t work. The TV is literally in front of a basic canvas print “decor”on the wall which looks really bad and honestly like “white tras
