R K Lodges

I bought my first RK in 1980. A commercial tipi I had professionally sewn was put together inside out and leaked like a sieve . When high winds blew it apart, I started looking. I bought an RK and had it 12 years. A dog chased a cat though that one. I had it cut down and gave it to a friend. .Bought another...that one froze in and I tore it getting it out of the ice. Bought another. That one was stored in the back of a pickup truck that leaked...I burned that one...Bought another...I finally got too old and crippled to erect it...sold it to some friends. If I wasn't 75 and could still walk...I'd still have an RK...loved every one of 'em. There are more expensive lodges out there...there ain't a better one.
