No carts available at check in or check out to carry luggage room to/from our car. Coffee was luke warm in thermos's in breakfast area during breakfast time. Decaf even cooler, "Hot" water quite cool. The breakfast was good however and was neatly displayed. Public restroom was a mess with no toilet paper and dispenser was missing. Paper towels scattered around the floor. We've stayed here before and staff is generally quite helpful. Realize there were only 10 guests overnight, and was a holiday weekend, but more attention to some details need to be resolved be more appealing to guests, especially hot coffee and bathroom cleanliness. The carts probably had been hoarded by someone and this is out of the staff control.

Room didn't even lock my first check in , price is overrated for what it is shouldn't be more than 80 a night, hallway stinks. Breakfast is the same everyday. Kids with no shoes or parents picking at breakfast making mess on floor. Plumbing is horrible constantly had to hold my finger down on the flush, or plunge it. Disgusting. Employees are loud and don't have respect for people who are sleeping til there checkout time.

The surface was clean, the beds were clean and comfortable, but the hotel itself is really run down. When we turned the heat on, it smelled like some varmits had died in there. Had to locate to another room, the heat knob on the air unit was broken off, so we couldn’t even turn the heat on in the first room. Toilet had issues flushing, small bugs in the bathroom. Mostly, the 2nd floor needed to be deep cleaned and air units needed to be checked out for the smells!

My dad and I stayed in room 202 for three days for the weekend of the War Eagle Craft Fair. Dad was staying in the room while I was going with my cousin who lived a few miles away.|First thing was the door. The keys turned the light green, but the handle acted like the deadbolt was engaged. After attempting to open the door three times I gave up and was going to go downstairs for assistance. The elevator had a note saying "Push up to go down". The down call button didn't work. I met someone the next day who said it had been that way for months.
