Quality Suites Paducah I-24

I stayed in room 126. No pet room, but not clean it had dog hair in the hid away sofa bed The room had a musky smell and outside the door their was an exposure pipe that was dripping. The headboard had finger prints and greasy head stains it was not cleaned. Shower head would not cooperate correct would not let me change settings. At breakfast the coffee was brown not black. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Went to request a new card as I left mine in the hotel room, when I got to the front desk the blonde hair lady asked if I was high and had been smoking. Her reasoning is because my eyes are “small”. I assured her I could pass a drug test and felt offended by this comment. |On another instance I went to request confirmation of another nights stay (before the comment was made) and she asked if I could come back because she was doing a chart.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience during checkout. When I arrived, I was asked to sign a pet policy form and provide my credit card to be charged for the pet fee. I provided my card and completed everything they requested. The next morning, during checkout, I was confronted by an employee because my dog had been left alone in the room. At the beginning, I didn’t know she was the supervisor. Due to her rude tone from the start, I asked to speak with a supervisor, and to my surprise, she informed me that she herself was the supervisor. Although the policy about pets being left alone was stated in the form—and I admit I should have read it more carefully—the situation escalated unnecessarily. I drive through Kentucky at least twice a year. I have stayed at much more expensive hotels in Paducah and felt cheated by how run down and filthy they were. I decided this time to stay at a budget hotel where I at least I didn't feel like I was being robbed. I was so pleasantly surprised by my stay here I had to write a review. I had a spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed and cozy seating area. I was not expecting that for the price. I was very happy with my stay and I think I found my regular stop in Paducah!

Very nice hotel and the price was perfect for my family . The front desk woman that checked us in was super. She gave me ideas of where to go. If I ever make it back this way again I will definitely keep this place is mind. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet minus my noisy children .. lol .. 😆 the bathroom had full bottles of shampoo and conditioner . The shampoo was empty but I let the front desk know and she gave me me mini bottles .
