Garner Hotel Paducah Westby IHG

this hotel was great in my opinion. I do wish the breakfast had a little more variety though. the beds were comfortable, and the rooms had enough space to accommodate my family. rooms were clean enough. the elevator is pretty noisy though. enjoyed my stay and will likely return.

Very spacious and VERY CLEAN 🫧 A lot better than what I thought it was going to be..... when I booked this hotel on whatever website it was I got a great deal and a lot better than I thought it would be! The front desk young lady was very amiable! Her affability when greeting me was fantasticly outstanding!!! She deserves a raise!!!!!

Comfortable. Clean. The people are SO nice. Newly renovated June 2025 by IHG (just purchased). Yes, the landscape leaves much to be desired but once you enter…all good! Friendly to nice, gentle dogs (with reasonable doggo fee of $30). Hot breakfast included. YES, we will stay again when our travels bring us back to Paducah and we will keep Garner Hotels on our radar.

This was a decent hotel. The gentleman who checked me in was a pure delight. The room was nice and clean, although the toilet could use a little attention to cleaning. The only complaint we had was the beds. Oh my, they were hard as a rock and one of the 2 beds was basically collapsed in the middle. There was no way for 2 people to sleep in it without rolling into the middle. These 2 mattresses desperately need to be replaced. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay, and the pet fee was very reasonable. We would come back again.

Positive: "" Negative: The hotel was dirty. The room was dirty. The sheets had stains. There was food and items from the previous people staying still in the room. The furniture was tilting and about to fall over. There were screws sticking out of the walls and furniture.
