Quality Inn / Westfield - Springfield MA

I would highly recommend a stay here. Although we ourselves didn't get to stay in the hotel, so I can't rate the rooms, but based on the level of hospitality that Bharat & his wife showed us, I bet they're amazing! Our car broke down in their lot yesterday when we were an 1:40 away from our home in NH. We were trying to get home before the storm hit the area. They let us use their lobby until our son in-law was able to pick us up. They even recommended and called their local mechanic to help us. They offered us coffee and even the use of their bathroom typically left for guests. Thank you for your kindness. Thank you for your hospitality. Thank you for recommending your mechanic. Thank you!

Clerk tried to talk me into a room with one bed when I had booked two beds. Soda can in vending machine expired in Feb 2024. Refrigerator was so iced up it was dripping water in the bottom. Faucet in bathroom leaked and there was no condioner in the tub. Pillowcases were stained. Toilet didn't flush at times. Bed were comfortable but high and hard to climb into. When I checked out I mentioned a difference in the bill and an added charge. Manager told me it was for a pet which I NEVER HAD! This room should be repaired before assigning it to anyone else. I would expect this from a $100/night hotel but I paid $270/night. Rip-off. I would NEVER stay here again! Manager was not the least bit apologetic!

We have stayed here several times over the past several years. It has always been clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. Convenient location. Typical hotel breakfast. The coffee is eh - but there is a Starbucks across the street.

This is probably the lowest of the low for places I have stayed. If there was a choice of no stars, I would have chosen that. The room was mediocre, extremely small in comparison to the description that was spacious. The TV did not work; the fridge was so full of frost that everything you put in it, froze. The bed was "okay", but the blanket was stained and had hair on it. The bathroom was interesting. The tub had a dip in the middle and was full of cracks and stains. A few of the towels were stained. The breakfast was normal for a hotel, except none of the hot plates were turned on so the eggs and sausage were cold. Thank God there were other options in the area. They wanted 600$ plus to have my working service dogs that made the room 1550 for a week. Against ADA I shouldn't have to pay to have a dog i need to survive. Poor service at best. Breakfast the waffle mix was old , the cream cheese was curled an the muffins where tooth braking hard. Honestly Baldwin hotel doesnt charge for your dogs (service dogs or not) an they are Way cleaner. Upon arrival I found oreo on the floor multiple candy wrappers .... like they dont care because its only 100 a night....
