Hampton Inn Westfield

Positive: "" Negative: Staff not courteous. Curtain wouldn't close. Shower Curtain too short causing water on the floor. Bathroom floor was dirty. Breakfast wasn't good.

Hotel was clean, the lobby, elevators, hallways and the room! Beds were comfortable and the room spacious. Free breakfast included freshly cut fruit. Would stay again!

Josh was such a delight at check in! Defently made me feel like I chose the right place to rest for the night. He was very informative on where things like the pool, cafe, and hours. Josh also had the added bonus of knowing the surrounding area well and had plenty of recommendations on where to go for dinner. My stay was great and the room was plenty big for a single traveler. Only issue was the pool did not feel heated at all though it says it is. Think the best part may have been the fresh cookie at check out.

Josh was super friendly and I really enjoyed talking to him. He asked us about where we were traveling to and helped us figure out what to do for dinner. Josh is the best. The hotel was nice and pretty quiet. And breakfast was good :)

We have stayed here over Christmas for the last two years. The staff have been super friendly, and have made both of our stays exceptional. The place is clean and the dog friendly nature of the establishment is wonderful. Because this high quality is what we’ve come to expect from Hampton Inn as a general rule, they are the only chain we will use. Pleased as punch.
